‘I arrive at the restaurant. The internal monologue I was trying to ignore, finally takes over my body. I remind myself that it’s good to feel nervous. It’s good to feel something. I feel alive. “Do you feel that?" I ask myself.
A rush of adrenaline courses through my body.

The use of toys is a daily ritual for some, just as much as grocery shopping, eating and cleaning up the mess is for others.
